1.Slide the neoprene base halfway down bottle, ( may be snug just work it through) loop atrap around neck of bottle.
2.Slide base down to bottom of bottle.
3.Adjust strap to make taunt and thumb loop comfortable, align with the strap ring on the bottle neck and make strap straight.
4 Grasp the bottom of the bottle of your serving hand and slip thumb into thumb loop, and pour like a Sommelier!
Where to place the cork? Place the cork under the strap by the neck, it also serves as a fulcrum for added control.
